Western New York’s Premier Training Facility
Our program combines the freedom of open training hours with the structure and accountability of individualized coaching. Instead of simply giving athletes access to a facility and leaving them to figure out their workouts, Smash It Sports provides each athlete with a training plan, goals, and daily guidance from our coaching staff.
Led by Smash It Director of Player Development and former professional baseball player Ethan Cetton, athletes will attack their individual development needs every time they train.
The Smash It Sports Guided Open Training Program is designed for serious baseball players who want to develop the strength, movement quality, throwing velocity, exit velocity, and baseball skills needed to compete at the High School level, college level, and beyond.
Training isn’t based on guesswork. Athletes can use Smash It Sports’ technology to objectively monitor their development, including:
Rapsodo Hitting & Pitching 2.0
Blast / Swing AI
HitTrax
Full Swing
Arm-Care Monitoring Technology
Performance data can be used to evaluate velocity, movement profiles, exit velocity, hitting performance, throwing performance, and other measurable indicators of development.
Every training membership is guided open training with Ethan Cetton, Monday to Thursday, 2 PM to 7 PM, from September to February. Choose the plan that fits your season.
One full month of guided training. Choose any month of the season that has not started, and train from the 1st to the last day of that month.
Three months in a row. Choose the month you start, and train for three full months inside the season.
The whole season, from September through February. The most time with our coaching staff, and our best value.
For college players home on winter break. Train through December and January, and be ready when your spring season starts.
Two buildings of batting cages, turf and a bullpen. See what is in each one, then pick a time and book it yourself online.
